Welcome to the Natural Kitchen Nutrition Center

Judy Redding, along with husband Charles, opened the Natural Kitchen Nutrition Center on October 1, 1979. 

Prior to opening the store Judy had been a stay-at-home Mom for 3˝ years. Interest in, and a personal need for, foods without chemical additives or sugars coupled with the fact that there was no health food store in the Humble/Kingwood area led Judy on a year long search for quality products and the knowledge to operate a successful health food business. In the quest for a better diet for her family she found the desire to fill a nutritional void for area residents. Twenty years later Natural Kitchen remains Kingwood’s premiere Nutrition Information Resource. 

We have recently moved our store into a newer location to better serve our customers! We are now located in the "back" of Kingwood at 4145 W. Lake Houston Parkway in the shopping center across from Kroger.
